Goa, located on the western coast of India, is a popular tourist destination known for its beautiful beaches, vibrant culture, Portuguese architecture, and delicious cuisine.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Goa
• Arrive in Goa and check into your hotel or accommodation.
• Spend the day exploring the nearby area and getting acquainted with the local culture.
• Visit the nearest beach, such as Calangute or Baga, and enjoy the sunset.
• Indulge in some Goan cuisine for dinner, trying dishes like fish curry, vindaloo, or Goan prawn curry.
Day 2:
• Start your day with a visit to Fort Aguada, a 17th-century Portuguese fort with panoramic views of the Arabian Sea.
• Head to the nearby Sinquerim Beach for water sports activities like parasailing, jet skiing, or banana boat rides.
• In the afternoon, visit the vibrant Anjuna Flea Market, known for its handicrafts, clothes, and jewelry.
• Spend the evening at Vagator Beach, enjoying the scenic beauty and possibly catching a live music performance at one of the beachside shacks.
Day 3:
• Take a day trip to Old Goa, a UNESCO World Heritage site that's home to several beautiful churches and cathedrals. Visit the Basilica of Bom Jesus, Se Cathedral, and Church of St. Francis of Assisi.
• After exploring Old Goa, head to the charming Latin Quarter of Fontainhas and wander through its narrow streets lined with colorful Portuguese-style houses.
• Visit the Goa State Museum to learn more about the region's history, art, and culture.
• In the evening, experience the nightlife of Goa by visiting one of the popular clubs or beach parties, such as Club Cubana or Tito's.
Day 4:
• Embark on a morning cruise along the Mandovi River, enjoying the scenic views and traditional Goan music and dance performances on board.
• Visit the spice plantations in Ponda and take a guided tour to learn about various spices and their cultivation.
• Enjoy a traditional Goan lunch at a spice plantation, where you can savor authentic Goan dishes.
• In the afternoon, relax on Palolem Beach in South Goa, known for its picturesque beauty and laid-back atmosphere.
• Opt for a boat trip to Butterfly Beach, where you can spot dolphins and enjoy snorkeling.
Day 5:
• Visit the Dudhsagar Falls, one of the tallest waterfalls in India, located on the border of Goa and Karnataka.
Take a jeep safari or hike to reach the falls and spend some time enjoying the natural beauty.
• Alternatively, you can choose to explore the Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary, known for its rich flora and fauna.
• Return to your hotel and relax for the evening, or enjoy a sunset cruise along the Mandovi River.
